Hers's to delicious anchovies in vinegar! You can't imagine how delicious they are in vinegar, but this time to give them a special touch, we are going to make a very special filling to make them even juicier.

Ingredients:
• Serves 4
• Anchovies in vinegar
• Grated carrot
• Red pepper
• Maldon salt
• Virgin olive oil
• Red paprika

Method:
1. In a bowl, mix together the grated carrot strips and the grated red pepper strips with a little Maldon salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Garnish with some paprika.
3. Mix well, stuff the anchovies and hold them together with a toothpick.
